Backyard Summer Wedding in Northern California

The bride and groom planned a stunning backyard wedding where they celebrated with all their close families and friends. The couple had been dating over a year and decided to get married where Devry grew up, in Norther California. The morning of June 10th, Devry and Declan, along with their families, headed to the Sacramento LDS Temple for their sealing ceremony. After the ceremony, we spent some time on the temple grounds taking pictures and celebrating the union of the bride and groom !

Close family friends of Devry offered to host hers and Declan’s reception in their backyard overlooking the stunning sunset and rolling hills of Northern California. Complete with twinkling string lights. It was a very classy night and the setting was perfect. They had a big ‘LOVE’ sign, Mexican food and lots of dancing ! Even the bride’s cute grandparents danced and were applauded for having the longest relationship out of everyone that night. Oh and let’s not forget the bride’s mom did the worm, twice !

As the bride and groom were getting ready to leave, their guests were given confetti poppers to release as the couple exited. The night couldn’t have been more perfect and Devry and Declan were so simple and easy to work with ! I love when weddings are so effortless.
