McKay and Kenna planned things a little differently with their wedding. They started off the wedding celebration with their reception first ! They were going for ultimate summer rooftop wedding vibes and found the perfect venue at The Capitol Theatre in SLC, Utah. The sun was barely setting which casted gorgeous reflections on the buildings downtown and the atmosphere was truly magical.

For the bride and groom’s ceremony they headed to sunny Los Angeles and were married in the LDS Temple (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). The bride and groom were obsessed with the green iron doors, the pool and big grassy field out front and the architecture of the temple here. They wanted something intimate so just their immediate families with a couple close friends attended their marriage. Their ceremony was also in the evening so all the pictures were taken during golden hour, and the lighting couldn’t have been better ! It was a perfect mix of sun kissed meets dreamlike.

In case you haven’t realized yet, this was my dream wedding <3 Everything went perfect ! I loved our rooftop venue and our low key destination wedding with our families.
